Changing the email address on your account
Changing the email address on your Password Boss account involves creating a new Password Boss account with the new email address, and then importing your existing data from your Password Boss account into the new account.
The export process needs to be done using the Windows version of Password Boss.
Moving your saved items to your new account
If you have a paid subscription for Password Boss you will need to contact the help desk to have you license applied to your need account. Click here to contact us.
If you have any shared items or Emergency Access contacts setup on your original account, you will need to create those again on your new account. These items do not transfer through this process.
