Removing a user from your account

When a user needs to be removed from your account you can choose to either delete the user and all of their saved data, or convert the user into an individual account that is no longer connected with your team account.

Deleting a user account

  1. Login to the portal as an admin user on your team account.
  2. Click on Users.
  3. Find the user to be deleted and click the blue Actions button  and choose Delete user.
  4. On the confirmation prompt click Delete user.

Deleting a user account immediately deletes the users data from the Password Boss system

Tip:

If a user attempts to login to a deleted account, all of the users data will be deleted from the device when the app connects to the Password Boss servers.

Converting a user account into an individual account

  1. Login to the portal as an admin user on your team account.
  2. Click on Users.
  3. Find the user to be deleted and click the blue Actions button  and choose Convert to Personal.
  4. On the confirmation prompt click Yes.
