Sharing items with team members

When you share items using Password Boss Business you can choose recipients from the list of users in your team, or from the list of groups that your admin has created.

Selecting user and groups from your team as share recipients

  1. Create or edit a new share and select the items you want to share.
  2. In the Recipient field, click the drop-down arrow to show the list of users and groups for your team.
  3. Select the user(s) or group(s), choose the permissions, click Add.
  4. Click Share item.

  2. On the recipients screen tap the user(s) or group(s) you want to add as a recipient.
  3. Tap Next.
  4. Enter a name and a duration for the share.
  5. Tap Share item.
